As a company with a person centred approach we feel it is important that when you contact us you are able to put a name to a face.

Below are a few members of our property management team who have helped the company
grow over the past few years.

Peter Boltwood – Director

Peter Boltwood is the founding director of JPA Management. He has a wealth of management knowledge and experience having been a senior manager in the Food industry for some 34 years. He has inside knowledge of the Flat Management process having been a Chairman of Directors in a number of blocks over a period of several years.

Peter is responsible for all the day to day running of each Block and provides practical support for general maintenance as well as negotiating new contracts and suppliers.

Julie Gaines – Director

Julie Gaines is responsible for the day to day Finances and Accounts.

Her background is in the Financial Services Industry primarily in Customer Services but more recently in Accounts and Servicing contracts.

She also manages the majority of the Legal requirements for the company ensuring that all clients receive a high level of customer service.

Stephen Gaines – Associate Director

The newest member of the team and associate director, Stephen has worked hard since joining JPA.

He has a customer services and insurance background but has practical experience as well, allowing him to give advice on maintenance and repairs across the property portfolio.

I would like to start by giving a vote of thanks to our management at JPA. Problems have been dealt with quickly, effectively and hand in hand with the smooth running of the estate. We are lucky to have managers that devote so much time to keeping everything as you see it, and things that are just taken for granted take a lot of backroom organisation. Peter Boltwood, especially gives of his time very freely, attends all directors meetings and is pretty much always on call. We really could not ask for more and I think we would struggle to find any other property managers who would give us this level of service.
